- Provide driver's license, vehicle registration, resume, DD214, any certification (ex. welding), and I-9 Documents
- Veterans - Apply through Helmets to Hardhats for fast-track to apprenticeship

Step 3: Start with local 14
- 6,000-8,000 hours / 3-4 years on-the-job training
- Minimum of 204 hours of education each year through
Wages
- Start at 60% of current journeyperson’s rate.
- Gain 5-10% pay increase every 6 months with completion of 750 hours of on-the-job training plus required schooling.
- Full 100% journeyperson’s pay after completing the program.

$20.15 + Benefits + Optional Housing Allowance
